Meetings

Does your meeting involve participants in different time zones?

This can really present a problem for conference calls and conventional online meetings.  The most common issue is the confusion caused when the time for a meeting is set.  Unless everyone is clear about which time zone is the principal zone, participants may not properly set their calendars.  Where more time zones and greater time differences are involved, the chance to conflict with other priorities of the participants greatly increases.  Some members may have to join the meeting at very late or early hours for them.

This is not a problem with LORROS.  Meeting participants can join the meeting at any time during the meeting and may join as many times as they want.  When they are not signed in to the meeting, they still can read what is being said from the emails which are distributed or they can go to the LORROS meeting site and review all comments and responses.
