Templates are used for Meeting agendas that will be re-used. For instance if your group has regular monthly Meetings, the basic agenda might be the same for each month – such as:
- Financial Report.
- Manager’s Report.
- Maintenance Report.
When creating the Meeting agenda, click the ‘Save Template’ button and give the Template a unique name (such as Monthly Meeting).
When using the template, you can edit the title and the Agenda Topics in the template and/or add new Topics. The new agenda once prepared will not change the original saved template. You can save and then retrieve as many templates as you like, but make sure you label them clearly or you may have to open a few to find the one you really want.
Files added to an agenda are not saved in the template.
