The header shows the start date/time and the end date/time of the Meeting.
File – displays all the files that are associated with the Meeting. Files are added with each Agenda Topic as well as with Comments and Replies.
Participants – shows who is participating in the Meeting as well as the required quorum (see Quorum). If you do not want to receive email Messages from the Meeting, click on the toggle switch. The indicates members who are muted. members with Admin Access are indicated with , and non-voting members with
Print – displays a ‘printer friendly’ version of the meeting that you can print or save as a pdf. Minutes can be printed as well as full transcripts of the Meeting.
